A Brief Introduction To The Law of Attraction

Law of Attraction (LOA) is an extremely popular Universal Law that works on all living beings residing on earth. Needless to say, just like the Law of Gravity this law too is not dependent on beliefs, never fails and governs all life on earth!

How many of you are yearning for some positive changes in your life? Like landing on a perfect job, moving to your dream house, attracting an ideal life partner, and more. By learning and practising the step by step process on how this law functions, you can easily attract the life of your dreams whatsoever! To be simply put “Name it, claim it!

To attract your desired life, you need to have some basic understanding on how the law functions, how it’s used to attract your desires and most importantly the powerful techniques of LOA which are going to be your tools.

If you are new to LOA you might be pondering with numerous questions but you should understand that this law works on the fact “Like Attracts Like” which can also be related to the old saying “What you sow shall you reap”. For example, when you spread love and kindness, you attract the same into your life; similarly, you attract hatred when you emit hatred. Same applies when you wish to attract your goals and desires. You easily manifest your desires when you start raising your vibrations (positive) and how to do that is what I am going to discuss in this article.

This is a very vast subject and I wish to give readers some basic understanding of LOA, how it functions and awareness around its techniques which are the vital elements. You will notice a major shift in your life when you start practising these powerful techniques in your day to day life.

Why Practice The Law Of Attraction?

According to research, there are four major areas of life which require attention and many get stuck in one or more of these areas. They are:

1. Career

2. Financial Abundance

3. Health

4. Relationships

Now, write down the areas which you think needs change. For example, if you are looking for a better career, list the points about your dream job, why you need the job and how you’d feel once you get it. Asking such questions to yourself brings in more clarity about your goal. Before you start practising the techniques you need to have a clear and precise idea of what you need. Be specific! The clarity helps you to manifest exactly what you need.

I will now touch upon a few basic techniques of LOA with examples and explain how they can be used in your daily life.

The three LOA techniques I am going to discuss here are Gratitude, Affirmations, and Rampage of Appreciation.

1. Gratitude — Gratitude is nothing but expressing your gratefulness to all that you have in life. Example: “I am immensely grateful to my home for keeping me safe and secure”. Practising gratitude regularly gives you an abundance mindset rather than lack and keeps you positive throughout the day.

2. Affirmations — Affirmations are simple, positive statements written in the present tense. Example: “I am blessed with an incredible family and wonderful friends”. These statements when repeated at regular intervals bring in confidence, keep your mind focused and uplift your spirits. Affirmations can also be tailor-made for specific desires.

3. Rampage of Appreciation — This technique is practised by appreciating a person or situation. For example, select a person/place/thing and list all the good qualities that come into your mind in one go.

The three techniques listed above may give you some basic understanding. Similarly, there is an assortment of techniques which you can learn and pick the ones that resonate with you well.

The key point is practising the techniques as they keep your mind positive and focused as it becomes easier for you to attract the desires.

How The Law Of Attraction Works?

Here is a question for contemplation — What do you think determines the speed/frequency at which we humans vibrate? The answer is simple — OUR THOUGHTS. Yes, our vibrational energy is determined by our thoughts. These thoughts (which can be positive or negative) later turn into feelings/emotions and are then exhibited as actions becoming our habits creating our personality or personal reality. Yes, as you realize, monitoring our thoughts play a major role in all our manifestations.

It is said that we vibrate at high frequencies when our mind is filled with positive thoughts and some of our high-vibrating emotions are joy, love, appreciation, passion, and optimism to name a few. Similarly, we tend to vibrate in low frequencies when we think negatively and some the emotions associated with negativity are worry, doubt, anger, hatred, jealousy, and so on. Interestingly, this vibration forms the “Aura” or the human energy field which can be measured.

Therefore, practising the techniques of LOA help you to keep your vibes high as you can attract all your desires in life. Though it sounds easy you’ll start encountering many challenges once you start practising. Don’t forget — the key to success lies in persistence and consistency in practice. You are a CREATOR!

I admit that staying positive is not an easy task but those who withstand are sure to witness miracles in life just as I did! A positive mindset is the primary need to manifest your dream life and my motto behind writing this article is to bring awareness around LOA so that every individual can lead a joyous life, rather say “A life of their dreams.

If you are not aware, the law of attraction has been working ever since we were born and we have been actually using it all through our lives without much knowledge around it. By learning about the law now we can deliberately manifest our desires with clarity in our thoughts.
